Logistics Manager

As an experienced Dispatch Coordinator, your role involves overseeing the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. You will be responsible for coordinating with the production and inventory teams to manage stock availability for dispatch and preparing dispatch schedules while ensuring adherence to deadlines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating invoices, delivery challans, and other necessary dispatch documents - Maintaining accurate records of dispatched goods and pending orders - Providing periodic reports to management on dispatch status and delays, if any - Liaising with transport and logistics partners to arrange for timely and cost-effective transportation - Communicating with clients and dealers regarding dispatch updates and tracking information - Addressing and resolving any dispatch-related issues or discrepancies - Monitoring inventory levels to ensure readiness for dispatch operations - Coordinating with the warehouse team for packaging and labeling requirements The qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in dispatch coordination or a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in inventory management software - Knowledge of transportation and logistics procedures If you are looking for a dynamic work environment where you can utilize your skills in dispatch coordination, this Full-time position is ideal for you.
