Job Title: Logistics Manager (Female Candidates Preferred) Location: Lashkar, Gwalior-474001 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (Based on experience and qualifications) Job Category: Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Warehouse & Distribution Management Operations Management Experience Required: Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and team management capabilities Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport providers to ensure smooth supply chain operations Monitor and evaluate stock levels, delivery timelines, transport costs, and overall operational efficiency Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards Select and evaluate carriers/suppliers and monitor their performance against service level agreements Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation and logistics service providers Maintain accurate records related to inventory, shipments, and logistics performance Meet and exceed cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness KPIs Proactively identify, resolve, and report any operational issues or customer complaints Coordinate with internal departments to align logistics strategy with business goals Skills Required: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities High attention to detail and commitment to efficiency and accuracy Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office tools Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Candidate Profile:Female candidates only Candidates with a background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations will be preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills
