Logistics Executive

Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Logistics Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our dispatch and delivery operations across the Delhi-NCR region, including Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee Dispatch and Delivery: Manage and monitor the entire dispatch and drop process for all orders within Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.
• Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently through both chat and phone calls, providing timely and professional support.
• Inventory Management: Conduct daily physical checks of product inventory to ensure accuracy and to prevent discrepancies.
• Runner Allocation: Strategically assign runners to specific routes to optimize delivery efficiency and ensure timely cash collection.
• Route Planning: Develop and allocate efficient routes for runners to streamline the delivery process and reduce transit times.

Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• 1 year in logistics
• Average Proficiency in English ( spoken and written )
• Earlier experience in maintaining data in spreadsheets , order management etc.

Skills Requirement

• Proactive working attitude , quick learning ability and good problem solving skills
• Good planning and organizing skills as well as able to coordinate with different in-house technicians in relation to any work with respect to client’s products due for service.
• Previous working experience with spreadsheets , data entry , working in a team environment
• Open to adapt to organizational changes
• Open to adapt to cross-departmental shuffling if found suitable for other profile in same organization

Salary - Around 20-30k (little negotiable based on experience)

Location - Mayur Vihar Phase-1 , Delhi

Job Type - Full-Time / On-site

Timings - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Mon-Sat)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
