Logistics Executive

Job Summary The Logistics Executive will manage and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain activities for laptop parts, including inbound shipments, inventory handling, warehousing, and outbound dispatch. The role ensures timely availability of components, accurate documentation, and smooth logistics operations to support service centers, distributors, and retail partners. Key Responsibilities 1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordinate inbound shipments of laptop parts from suppliers (local & overseas). Arrange outbound shipments to warehouses, service centers, B2B customers, and retail outlets. Work with freight forwarders, courier partners, and transport vendors for timely deliveries. Track shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damage issues. 2. Inventory & Warehouse Management Maintain accurate stock levels of laptop spare parts and accessories. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of sensitive electronic components. Conduct cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits. Update inventory systems (ERP/WMS) regularly. 3. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, GRN, delivery challans, and shipping documents. Ensure compliance with customs regulations for import/export activities. Handle RMA logistics for defective or return parts. 4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, service teams, and internal departments. Negotiate rates, track performance, and maintain good relationships with logistics vendors. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in logistics; experience with electronics or laptop parts preferred. Good knowledge of warehousing, freight, shipping, and customs processes. Proficiency in MS Excel. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
