Job Title: Import – Logistics Executive (Import / Export)

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Salary: Upto 30k



Job Summary:

Logistics Executive (Import / Export)



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation Preparation & Filing:

  • Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, COO (Certificate of Origin), and other shipping documentation required for pre-shipment processes.
  • Handle checklist filing and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  1. Shipping Coordination:

  • Assist shipping agents in filing shipping documents such as checklists and Bills of Entry (BOE).
  • Obtain shipping rates from agents and ensure cost-effective transportation.
  1. E-Sanchit & Compliance Management:

  • Prepare and manage E-Sanchit documents, including SDF, EVD, VGM, Annex I & II, fumigation certificates, Form A declarations, and self-sealing declarations.
  • Ensure proper documentation for customs clearance, including CE certificates.
  1. Logistics & Customs Clearance:

  • Coordinate with shipping agents for post-shipment documentation and smooth processing.
  • Prepare and manage E-way bills for transportation.
  • Assist in customs-related queries and ensure seamless clearance procedures.
  1. Shipment Tracking & Approval:

  • Collect LET (Let Export) shipping bill copies from agents.
  • Verify and approve Bill of Lading (BL), Airway Bills (AWB), and coordinate for the release of original BL/AWB.
  • Send shipping documents for clearance and follow up until completion.
  1. Import Clearance Documentation:

  • Maintain knowledge of various Incoterms and their applications.
  • Handle export documentation efficiently to ensure regulatory compliance.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any

    Bachelor’s degree

    with

    3 years

    of experience Mandatory in export documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in handling trade documentation, shipping bills, and customs clearance processes.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, Proficient in MS Excel and other documentation software.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with agents and customs officials.



Preferred:

  • Experience working in the manufacturing or trading industry.
