Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Executive Company: Fire and Personal Safety Enterprises Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: •Coordinate and manage dispatch, transportation, and delivery of materials. •Prepare and maintain shipment records, invoices, and dispatch documents. •Follow up with transporters and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients. •Track and update shipment status to sales and operations teams. •Handle inward and outward logistics operations efficiently. •Manage warehouse stock and inventory reports. •Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and customers for order fulfilment. •Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, and transport documentation. •Resolve delivery issues, delays, or damage claims promptly. Key Skills Required: •Knowledge of logistics operations, dispatch, and inventory management. •Strong communication and coordination skills. •Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP (if applicable). •Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. •Experience in dealing with transporters and courier services. Qualification & Experience: •Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. •1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch operations. •Experience in fire safety or industrial product logistics will be an added advantage.
