Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Executive to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing the entire logistics process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

✅ Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Logistics & Transportation Management
• Plan, organize, and manage transportation operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with logistics vendors and transport providers.
• Monitor and track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Ensure accurate inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Optimize storage layouts and ensure stock levels are maintained efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure safe and timely handling of goods.
• Supply Chain Coordination
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production departments to ensure a seamless supply chain.
• Forecast future demand to plan logistics strategies accordingly.
• Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with local and international regulations.
• Maintain proper shipping, customs, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Team Management & Leadership
• Supervise and train logistics staff and drivers.
• Set team objectives and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics software (TMS, WMS, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
