Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating daily logistics operations at theHoskote Warehouse. Key responsibilities include vehicle dispatch planning, route optimization, orderscheduling, coordination with drivers and third-party partners, handling customer queries, monitoringvehicle movement, and managing in-transit issues. The role also involves ensuring timely pickups anddeliveries, minimizing vehicle costs and damages, and collaborating with the warehouse team to resolveorder errors or cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

The logistics coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations in

particular locations. The key responsibilities include:

Coordinating vehicle dispatch and ensuring timely delivery and pickupMonitoring vehicle movement and trackingHandling customer calls for scheduling orders and addressing queriesPlanning daily routes for efficient deliveryScheduling and monitoring urgent pickupsControlling vehicle costsFollowing up and resolving customer escalations via emailManaging vehicle arrangement and maintenanceTraining and developing support staffControlling in-transit damageCoordinating with the warehouse team to address errors and cancellationsAlternative order planning in case of in-transit cancellation
