Role Description

As a Logistics Coordinator – Import & Export at Meghna Colours, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes related to the import and export of goods. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi, where you will coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and customers to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods. Daily responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, preparing documentation for imports and exports, monitoring shipments, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and addressing customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments.

Qualifications

• Proficient Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration and client interaction
• Experience in Inventory Management to oversee stock levels and maintain materials flow
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management for coordinating logistics, shipping, and distribution
• Familiarity with trade regulations and compliance practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
