Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Marketing Executive to drive international business development for our pigment products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exploring new markets, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving export sales targets. The role is based in Vapi and will involve regular communication with international clients, attending global exhibitions, and collaborating with internal production and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement international marketing strategies to expand pigment sales globally · Identify and establish contact with potential customers and distributors across regions. · Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up, and convert leads into sales · Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial deals with international buyers · Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and international client visits · Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and logistics to ensure timely order execution · Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing intelligence · Maintain export documentation and compliance (LC, B/L, COO, REACH, etc.) · Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing or International Business preferred) · 4-8 years of experience in international marketing/export sales of pigments, dyes, or chemicals · Strong communication and negotiation skills · Good command over English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus · Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email drafting, and CRM tools · Familiarity with export documentation and INCOTERMS Preferred Attributes: · Self-driven and target-oriented · Ability to travel internationally for exhibitions and client meetings · Strong relationship-building skills · Prior experience in pigment industry is highly desirable
