Job Description

About AntiGra Systems Founded in 2016 by visionary technologists with deep roots in an 80+ year retail tea heritage, AntiGra Systems set out to solve one fundamental challenge: replicating the taste of handmade chai through automation. Driven by this passion, the company specializes in crafting state-of-the-art Chai and Filter Coffee Brewing Systems, proudly developed with fully indigenous technology and patented rapid-brewing innovations. Operating out of Kolhapur, Maharashtra, AntiGra engages in advanced electronics manufacturing—specifically, precision-engineered beverage vending solutions. We have a product lineup which reflects both quality and versatility. In essence, AntiGra Systems blends traditional chai culture, embedded electronic craftsmanship, and innovative software-driven delivery to create a line of vending machines and complementary appliances that deliver the perfect cup, every time. Why This Matters to You (as a Logistics Coordinator candidate) You’ll be stepping into more than a logistics role—you’ll be supporting a dynamic, fast-scaling company that marries tradition with innovation, and is running on futuristic technology with a proven business engine. Your expertise in managing logistics ensures that this excellence is delivered—on time, safely, and compliantly—across India’s major cities. Role Overview We’re seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to run end-to-end logistics across inbound, in-plant/store movements, and outbound dispatches. You will arrange vehicles from multiple vendors, manage our in-house vehicle movements, ensure compliant documentation (GST invoices, E-Way Bill, LR/POD, vehicle/driver papers), and enforce safe loading as per checklists to achieve on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries with zero damage. Key Responsibilities Inbound (Imports & Domestic): *Plan and arrange vehicles from vendors for inbound raw materials from ports (e.g., Nhava Sheva/JNPT) or delivery hubs to factory/stores. *Coordinate with Purchase department for arrival schedules, customs clearances, and gate-in/gate-out planning. *Track shipments; manage LR/GRN creation and coordinate receiving of goods at stores. In-plant / Inter-store Movements: *Schedule and operate internal movements using company owned vehicles (stores ↔ fabrication ↔ assembly and other combinations). *Optimize routes, cycles, and utilization; ensure vehicle upkeep, charging schedules, and basic preventive maintenance coordination. Outbound Dispatches: *Arrange third-party vehicles for finished machines to customer warehouses across Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and other cities. *Create/verify dispatch plans, packing lists, and ensure OTIF execution with proper LR and POD collection. Documentation & Compliance: *Verify GST invoices, E-Way Bills, delivery challans, LR/consignment notes; ensure E-Way Bill validity (distance & time), HSN correctness, and customer GSTIN/address accuracy. *Verify vehicle fitness certificate, RC, insurance, PUC, and driver’s valid license before loading. *Maintain vendor KYC, contracts, and rate cards; manage transit insurance declarations/claims with insurers if needed. Load Safety & Quality: *Enforce loading checklists (strapping, padding, corner protection, palletization, shrink/stretch wrapping as applicable). *Conduct pre-dispatch QC photos and seal-tagging; ensure zero visible damages. Tracking & Customer Coordination: *Share daily dispatch trackers with internal teams and customers; provide proactive delay alerts and revised ETAs. *Secure timely PODs; close deliveries in the system and trigger invoicing as per SOP. Systems & Reporting: *Use ERP (or advanced Excel/Google Sheets) for planning and record-keeping. Required Qualifications Education: Graduate in Supply Chain/Logistics (or equivalent experience of similar work without graduation). Experience: 1–2 years in logistics coordination/dispatch in manufacturing or industrial products; multi-city dispatch exposure a must. Technical: *Strong working knowledge of GST invoices, E-Way Bills, LR/POD, and basic import workflows. *Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; familiar with ERP tools. *Practical understanding of load securing, packaging, and basic vehicle types (pickup, LCV, container, etc.). Soft Skills: Excellent coordination, negotiation with transporters, problem-solving under time pressure, and clear communication. Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English (working proficiency). Nice-to-Have (not mandatory) *Experience coordinating with JNPT/Nhava Sheva movements. *Prior handling of marine/transit insurance claims. *Knowledge of route planning, cube/weight utilization, and freight optimization. *Familiarity with safety practices and 5S in stores/dispatch. Work Conditions *Schedule: On-site, day shift with flexibility for dispatch peaks/weekends. *Travel: Local travel for Transporter Hub goods clearance, stores ↔ fabrication unit ↔ assembly unit ↔ outsourcing vendor location travel, port liaison (as needed), and customer warehouses. *Physical: Ability to supervise loading/unloading areas and perform visual checks. What We Offer *Opportunity to shape a growing logistics network for a Make-in-India manufacturer. *Performance-linked incentives and salary increments. *PF, ESIC, Paid leaves, Overtime bonus and other allowances/bonuses.
