Logistic Executive

Job Location: Chandanvelly, Near Shamshabad, Hyderabad, (TG)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive/In-charge to oversee Quality Check, Packing, and Dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet quality standards, are packed efficiently, and dispatched on time. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Check (QC):

• Inspect raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain records of quality checks and provide reports to management.
• Ensure adherence to industry and company-specific quality guidelines.

Packing:

• Supervise and manage the packing process to ensure proper handling and labeling.
• Optimize packing techniques to minimize damage and maximize efficiency.
• Maintain stock of packaging materials and ensure timely replenishment.
• Train workers on standard packing procedures to maintain uniformity.

Dispatch & Logistics:

• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or delays.
• Ensure accurate documentation of shipments, including invoices and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and resolve any transportation or delivery issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Packing, and Dispatch operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
