Generate Daily Purchase & Dispatch Reports. Handle Stock Management, ensuring defective material is tracked separately. Execute Dispatch Planning, Documentation, and Record Maintenance. Prepare Marine Insurance Declaration Reports (monthly). Manage Purchase Bill Booking Process in ERP. Arrange Stationery & Portal Bookings as required. Update FG Stock Addition for SF in ERP. Requirements: Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field. 2–4 years of experience in ERP operations, dispatch, and coordination.
