Logistic Executive

You are looking for an Executive- Shipping and Logistics to join the team in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. As an Executive- Shipping and Logistics, your responsibilities will include: - Managing daily shipping and logistics operations, which involves organizing the transportation of goods, inventory management, and order fulfillment. - Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments. - Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that arise. - Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery statuses. - Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, shipping laws, and company policies. - Preparing and managing shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. - Liaising with internal departments such as sales, procurement, and warehousing to ensure seamless operations. - Assisting with inventory management, including stock levels, order planning, and reporting. - Analyzing and optimizing shipping processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality. - Handling customer inquiries related to shipments, including tracking, delays, and damaged goods. - Staying updated on industry trends, shipping technologies, and regulatory changes that impact logistics operations.
