In this dynamic advertising and localization agency, as a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships. Your responsibilities will include ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative localization solutions. To excel in this position, you must have a deep understanding of the localization industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and localization goals. - Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction. - Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver comprehensive localization solutions. - Manage & oversee the end-to-end management of project campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and meet quality standards. - Monitor project performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimization. - Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and delivering value for the client's investment. - Provide financial forecasts and reports to both clients and internal stakeholders. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to offer valuable insights to clients. - Recommend innovative localization solutions based on industry best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. - Proven experience in key account management within the localization industry. - Prior experience managing global clients or brands, with a strong understanding of international language standards and expectations. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. - Successful track record of growing accounts in terms of revenue and scope of work. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs.
