Localization Project Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Making and developing project plans, requirement analysis and resourcing
2. Coordinating staff and internal resources for delivery
3. Monitoring and controlling project progress and adapt work as required
4. Managing excellence of customer relationship and client/ stakeholders engagement
5. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
6. Designing and testing risk mitigation plan
7. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports
8. Assist Localization leadership for vendor selection
9. Overseeing and motivation team members to meet / surpass quality standards, productivity and timeliness expectations.
10. Day to day team management, coaching and developing functional skills of language specialists, localization engineers, terminologists, desktop publishers, quality team and project coordinators etc.

Desired Qualification / certifications

Healthcare / Medical domain project handling experience is a must

Preferred relevant work experience 8-10 years total experience, of which last 3+ years of localization project management experience, serving of multiple clients across geographies and language requirements.
Leading a team of 2 to 8 team members in last 2 to 3 yearsSkills and knowledge
