Job Description

As the Project Manager at Acolad Content Solutions India Private Limited, you will be responsible for the entire life-cycle of content services projects in a given portfolio. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and planning the execution of large-scale AI data projects, ensuring customer expectations are met in terms of turnaround time, quality, and price. - Overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful delivery, and strategically allocating resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensuring compliance to deadlines, standards/methodology, budget and margin optimization, quality standards, status reporting, and month-end financials. - Handling customer project setup, quotes, and scheduling, in collaboration with Account Management for complex quotes and validation requirements. - Managing customer feedback, entry of CAPA's, completion of investigations, and collaborating with RM, linguists, and technical leads on resourcing and query management. - Facilitating customer and internal communication, status reporting, defining new processes with Account Management, and strategizing on process and tool optimization. - Optimizing margins, including internal and external costs, and ensuring linguistic material updates and deliveries per SLA's. - Participating in pre-sales activities, quality audits, recognizing improvement opportunities, and implementing necessary changes. In addition, your role involves the following preferred skills for Data Services: - Managing dynamic projects with strong communication across all stakeholders as the primary client liaison. - Conducting risk assessments, devising tailored mitigation strategies, monitoring project budgets and timelines, and implementing quality control processes. - Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices to optimize project outcomes. Job Specific Skills required for this role are: - Customer relationship management at mid- and upper management levels, including handling difficult situations, conflicts, and complaints. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in project management related to Language Services. - Ability to work individually or as part of a local or virtual team, strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and CAT Tools. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Translation or other equivalent degree. - 3-5 years of practical experience in project management, especially in coordinating language service projects.
