Job Description

As a Local HR Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees and other stakeholders. Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You may also assist in resolving employee issues or directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when needed. Your role will involve helping to ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws by maintaining accurate records, monitoring adherence, and supporting audits. Additionally, you may be involved in administrative tasks such as creating and updating employee files, generating HR reports, preparing HR documents, and managing HR systems effectively. As a Local HR Services Analyst, you will be focused on producing deliverables within your own discipline, with an emphasis on learning how to work in a team environment to deliver responsibilities in a timely and quality manner. You will typically receive guidance from a more senior practitioner and collaborate with your team on a full-time basis on a single project. Key competencies for this role include strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
