As a Business Process Associate within the Loan Servicing Team, you will supervise processes like Deal Setup, Drawdowns, and Reconciliation. You will ensure all SLAs are met and exceptions are escalated promptly. Your role involves implementing strategy and core objectives aligned with the global operations roadmap.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise loan servicing processes and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor team performance and escalate exceptions.
- Implement strategy and core objectives for the team.
- Ensure adherence to controls and escalate risk items.
- Comply with audit and compliance regulations.
- Handle complex process queries as the SME.
- Drive project development and management.
- Manage process escalations effectively.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a Bachelors Degree with minimum 17 years in loan servicing.

- Understand Nostro/Cash matching and reconciliation.
