Loan Sales Executive

Job Title: Junior Loan Sales Executive Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales / Financial Services Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Loan Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting and selling loan products to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. This is an entry-level position with training provided and opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying potential clients and promoting various loan products (personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.) Conduct outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about loan options Gather and verify client documentation to assess loan eligibility Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment plans clearly to clients Support clients throughout the loan application process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan processing stages Work closely with the sales and credit teams to ensure smooth loan approvals Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or financial services (fresh graduates are welcome) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and persuasion abilities Basic understanding of financial products and lending processes (training will be provided) Target-driven with a positive attitude Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, ) Benefits: Competitive salary and incentive structure On-the-job training and professional development Opportunities for career advancement Dynamic and supportive team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,881.89 - ₹14,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
