Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Co-Ordinator to support our sales team and contribute to the smooth operation of daily sales activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate sales administration, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong communication with clients and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales support and administration
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately
• Maintain up-to-date customer and sales data in the CRM system
• Coordinate between customers, sales representatives, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track order status and resolve any issues related to delivery, payments, or customer queries
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management
• Support the planning and coordination of sales meetings, presentations, and events
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools (e.g., Asana)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A customer-focused mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
