Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Co-Ordinator to support our sales team and contribute to the smooth operation of daily sales activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate sales administration, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong communication with clients and sales representatives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales support and administration Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately Maintain up-to-date customer and sales data in the CRM system Coordinate between customers, sales representatives, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment Track order status and resolve any issues related to delivery, payments, or customer queries Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management Support the planning and coordination of sales meetings, presentations, and events Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers Requirements: Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools (e.g., Asana) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team A customer-focused mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred What We Offer: A dynamic and collaborative working environment Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for growth and career development Training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge * Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
