Loan Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Executive – Home Loans to source, process, and close home loan cases. The role involves customer acquisition, documentation, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and end-to-end case handling until disbursement. This is a field + office role, ideal for candidates who understand retail lending and enjoy closing deals rather than just generating leads. Key Responsibilities Source home loan, loan transfer, and top-up cases through field visits, references, builders, DSAs, and self-generated leads Explain home loan products, eligibility, ROI, EMI, and documentation to customers Collect, verify, and submit complete customer and property documents Coordinate with banks/RACPC/branch officials for login, sanction, and disbursement Follow up with customers, legal, valuation, and technical teams Ensure compliance with bank policies and internal SOPs Maintain MIS, case tracker, and daily activity reports Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets Eligibility & Requirements Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Finance, Commerce preferred) Knowledge of SBI / PSU / Private Bank home loan processes preferred Ability to understand income assessment and property documents Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred) Two-wheeler preferred for field work Skills Required Home Loan sourcing & closure Customer handling & relationship management Documentation & bank coordination Basic understanding of income norms and property types Target-driven mindset Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (per disbursement) Performance-based growth opportunity Training & bank process support Long-term career growth in retail lending Who Should Apply Candidates currently working as Loan Executive / Relationship Officer / DSA Executive Individuals who want stable income plus high incentives People serious about building a long-term career in the home loan industry
