Key Responsibilities

• Translate clinical and business needs into functional specifications for LLM-based agentic systems.
• Design and optimize AI-driven workflows tailored to specific healthcare journeys.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to ensure clinical safety and efficacy of AI solutions.
• Define and track metrics for user engagement, clinical outcomes, and product performance.
• Drive the evolution of Aura’s product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and emerging AI capabilities.
• Stay updated on AI, LLM, and healthcare regulations to guide safe and compliant product development.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in healthcare AI product management, bridging the gap between technical feasibility and clinical practicality.
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a clinical or health-tech environment.
• Proven ability to translate patient and clinician needs into actionable product requirements for AI or LLM-based systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, diagnostics, chronic care management, or similar clinical journeys.
• Experience defining success metrics for both user engagement and health outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
