Drive Purchase Decisions: Clearly and enthusiastically explain product features, suggest pairings, and encourage customers to purchase the brand's products to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our entire product line, including production methods, flavor notes, history, and competitive advantages.
Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local and state laws and regulations regarding the sampling, sale, and consumption of alcohol, including checking customer IDs to verify legal drinking age.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently approach and engage strangers.
Sales Focus: Highly motivated and target-driven, with a track record of successfully upselling or meeting sales goals.
Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak promotional times.
Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move cases of product.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based incentives/commission.
Comprehensive training on our products and sales techniques.
