Job Description: Factory Helper Company Overview: Smart Print Media is a leading provider of comprehensive sign board manufacturing and printing services. We create a wide range of custom signage for clients across various industries, from initial design to final installation. We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Factory Helper to join our production team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products. Job Summary: The Factory Helper will be a crucial support member of our production team, assisting with various tasks across our sign board manufacturing and printing processes. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically able, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced factory environment. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations, a clean workspace, and ensuring our finished products meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Assistance: Support skilled fabricators, printers, and machine operators in their daily tasks. Material Preparation: Prepare materials for production, including measuring, cutting, and cleaning different types of plastics, metals, and vinyl. Assembly Support: Assist with the assembly of various sign boards and fixtures. Machine Operation: Under supervision, safely operate basic machinery and tools used in the manufacturing and printing processes. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and assist in the final finishing touches. Packing and Shipment: Help package completed orders and prepare them for shipping and delivery. Also Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing regular cleanup duties and following all safety protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina and the ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods. A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues when needed. Basic understanding of factory safety procedures is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but not required.
