Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the installation team in deploying solar photovoltaic (PV) systems: carrying modules, rails, bolts and other mounting hardware. Arrange, unload and transport installation materials from truck to rooftop/ground-mount location. Help fix the mounting structures (rails/frames) on roofs or on ground: hold, bolt, level, support structures as told by lead. Pass tools, consumables, bolts, cable and connectors to installers so the lead can work efficiently. Clean installation area: remove debris, old wiring, ensure safe and tidy workspace. Basic wiring assistance: help in routing cables, bundling, securing without interfering with the qualified electrical work. Ensure all materials and modules are handled gently to avoid damage (module glass, frames, wiring). Follow all safety protocols: wear helmets, safety shoes, gloves; abide by height/fall protection rules (rooftops). Support the team in post-installation clean-up, testing assistance (if required) and client hand-over. Report daily to lead/foreman: attendance, hours worked, any issues faced (site access, material shortage, safety hazard). Travel to sites, sometimes out-stations, stay overnight if required.

Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Labour Management Supervise daily work at multiple sites in Kuppam region. Manage installation labour teams and ensure proper task allocation. Ensure work completion as per drawings, SOPs, and timelines. Prevent material misuse and maintain site discipline. 2. Quality & Safety Compliance Conduct quality checks for structure installation, earthing, cabling, and module mounting. Enforce safety guidelines and ensure PPE usage. Report defects or risks immediately and ensure corrective action. 3. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with electricians, installers, vendors, and logistics teams. Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with geo-tagged photos. Communicate site issues proactively with the Project Manager. 4.
