Job Description

We are looking for Linux Administrators at Bhubaneswar. Details are as follows -

Location – Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Educational qualification – BE or B. Tech or MCA or equivalent

Professional Certification – RHCE or equivalent etc.

Experience – 4-5 years hands on experience on the concerned field

Job Descriptions:

In depth knowledge of Red Hat Linux Operating System including RHV / OpenShift virtualization
Implementation, Configuration & Monitoring of DHCP, SNMP, SMS, NTP, DNS, IP-Tables, SAMBA Server
Installation & configuration of SSL certificates
Monitoring and maintaining of VMs, adding disks or adding space to VM and increasing filesystem space through LVM
Installation, Re-installation of OS and patching & rpm updating, repo configuration.
Checking and configuration of OS-level Firewall as per requirement.
Coordinate with OS & Backup Software OEM for resolution.
Backup / Restore management and VM snapshot management using HPE Data Protector software
Configuration / Provisioning of Storage LUN / Partitions / RAID configuration
Patch management of the as per OEM / CERT-IN guideline (Time to time)
Interacting with OEMs for various SR tickets and applying respective OEMs instructions
Preparing weekly report for server availability, uptime & health condition of VMs or physical systems
Knowledge of hardware on Physical Server, Blade Server, Blade Chassis and SAN storage, SAN Switches (not mandatory, but preferable)
