Responsibilities / Expectations

Investment Banking experience; production support / development experience in Capital Markets (FI, FX, EQ, Commodities, etc.) with products such as Calypso, Murex is a must.
Good communication skills and strong customer management.
L2 knowledge with ITIL experience; good understanding of support processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, AutoSys).
Must have SQL and Unix knowledge.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Knowledge of Greenplum (good to have).
