Job Description

Role Objective

Own LinkedIn as a pipeline engine: identify ICP prospects, create connection velocity, convert engagement into qualified meetings, and feed consistent data for ICP refinement.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and build ICP-aligned lists by industry, company size, and buyer persona.
- Send 400-600 personalized connection requests/month with short value hooks. - Run follow-up sequences post-acceptance and engage prospects posts. - Qualify interest, book meetings, and hand off to SDR/AE. - Track and report weekly metrics by industry, org size, and persona.

KPIs (Monthly)

- 400600 connection requests sent
- Acceptance rate: 25–40% - Reply rate: 8–15% - Meetings booked: 10–15 - Objection taxonomy completeness: 90%

Requirements

- 2–4+ years LinkedIn outbound for SaaS/B2B tech
- Proven at high-volume, personalized outreach - Strong written English - Hands-on with Sales Navigator and outreach tools - Comfortable with strict metrics and CRM discipline
