About the Role We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Vue.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) who can balance application development, ongoing support, and application security remediation . This role requires deep technical skills, ability to integrate with third-party systems, and proactive vulnerability management to ensure secure, scalable, and robust solutions tailored for the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities Development & Support Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. Fix technical bugs, optimize code performance, and provide ongoing support for active modules. Develop and implement new modules, functionalities, reports, and business logic as per global requirements. Manage code version control and release processes using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines. Support application integrations with payment gateways, emails, SMS, TPA portals, and other third-party tools. Application Security Analyze Security Reports: Review, interpret, and prioritize findings from SAST and penetration testing. Remediate Vulnerabilities: Implement fixes for critical issues such as SQL injection, XSS, insecure authentication, and other identified risks. Compliance & Governance: Follow OWASP guidelines, ISMS standards, and organizational security policies. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain complete documentation of identified issues, remediation steps, and resolution reports. Ensure all applications remain safe and secure from potential internet-based attacks. Change & Release Management Implement approved change requests in new or existing modules. Manage UAT cycles and perform proper release management for production deployments. Consulting & Improvements Advise on tools, technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve system performance and user experience. Contribute ideas for improving security posture, scalability, and overall development efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5–6 years of experience in full stack development (with Node.js and Vue.js as primary technologies). Strong understanding of application security principles and vulnerability remediation. Hands-on experience with SAST tools, penetration testing reports, and vulnerability remediation processes . Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of integration with APIs, payment gateways, and other third-party services. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables. Competencies Strong accountability and self-sufficiency in handling security and development tasks.
