Job Description

Role Objective

Own the outbound email channel: build clean lists, run multi-touch sequences at scale, maintain deliverability, generate meetings, and surface ICP insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and verify ICP-aligned prospect lists

- Design and execute multi-touch outbound email sequences

- Send 5,000+ emails/month while protecting domain health

- Manage replies: route warm leads, log rejections, categorize objections

- Track deliverability, bounce %, spam %, opens/replies

- Report results weekly by industry, size, and persona

KPIs (Monthly)

- Emails sent: 5,000+

- Reply rate: 4-8%

- Positive replies: 12-20% of replies

- Meetings booked: 10-15

- Bounce rate: less than 3%, Spam complaints: less than 0.2%

Requirements

- 2-4+ years outbound email for SaaS/B2B tech

- Strong knowledge of deliverability best practices

- Hands-on with Apollo / Instantly / Outreach / Woodpecker

- Strong copywriting skills

- Data-driven mindset with A/B testing experience

- CRM/automation proficiency
