About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional with experience in marketing and LinkedIn management to build and manage the personal brand of our founder on LinkedIn. This role requires someone who can strategically position the profile, maintain consistent activity, and create engaging collaborations with other businesses and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the LinkedIn profile to make it professional and appealing.

- Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for consistent posting (text, images, videos, carousels).

- Research and identify trending topics, industry insights, and thought-leadership opportunities.

- Collaborate with businesses, influencers, and professionals to create partnerships and engagement.

- Monitor analytics and growth, ensuring the profile remains active and relevant.

- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the network meaningfully.

- Ensure brand voice, consistency, and alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, social media management, or personal branding.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and best practices.

- Excellent writing and communication skills. 

- Ability to create engaging content.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on-site.

- Knowledge of digital marketing and networking strategies.
