Role Overview: We are hiring LinkedIn Outreach Consultants to connect with certified professionals (PMP®, CAPM®, ACP, etc.) and help them enroll in our Train-the-Trainer programs that grant them lifetime trainer licenses under PMI® ATP ecosystem. This is a performance-based role designed for freelance sales professionals, LinkedIn marketers, education consultants, or career advisors who are passionate about helping certified professionals become trainers and mentors. Key Responsibilities: Search and connect with certified professionals on LinkedIn (PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, etc.) Send personalized messages to promote the Train-the-Trainer opportunity Follow up with leads to explain the value of lifetime trainer licensing Track outreach activity and conversions using CRM or Google Sheets Coordinate with the internal mentoring team for onboarding and support Represent 1Demy’s vision and standards professionally in all engagements Compensation and Incentives: This is a performance-incentive based role. There is no fixed salary. Compensation Structure: ₹1,000 per enrollment Additional ₹1,000 for each program upgrade (ACP, CAPM, Disciplined Agile, LSS, etc.) Opportunity to earn up to ₹1,50,000 per month through performance Milestone Bonus: 30 Enrollments = ₹30,000 50 Enrollments = ₹50,000 + ₹20,000 bonus 100 Enrollments = ₹1,00,000 + ₹50,000 bonus Top performers may also be promoted to Full Time "Business Development Manager" Role ahead. Ideal Candidate Profile: Freelance sales or outreach consultants EdTech sales professionals or career counselors Students or freshers with strong written communication and outreach skills Individuals familiar with LinkedIn networking and follow-up strategies Must be self-motivated and target-driven What You Will Receive: Ready-to-use message templates for outreach.
