The Role

• Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage engaging content (posts, articles, videos, and infographics) tailored to LinkedIn audiences.
• Grow and manage the company’s LinkedIn page and executives’ personal LinkedIn profiles (if applicable).
• Optimize LinkedIn campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Launch and manage LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, etc.) and monitor performance metrics.
  

Ideal Profile

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales outreach, specifically via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn platform functionalities, including prospecting, InMail, and messaging strategies.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Having hands- on experience in Workflow Automation and AI tools.
• Ability to write professional, personalized, and engaging outreach messages.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.
