Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our LinkedIn marketing and website SEO optimization efforts. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment, can work independently, and is passionate about generating high-quality leads and improving conversion funnels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy targeting global clients. Manage and grow AI Dev Simplified ’s LinkedIn presence (company page, personal branding, LinkedIn groups). Create engaging, high-converting LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, newsletters, etc.). Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential leads and decision-makers. Optimize the company website for SEO using free tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and organic traffic. Identify and implement improvements in the marketing funnel to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Key Qualifications 3 to 5 years of proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and SEO for B2B or tech-focused companies. Strong track record of lead generation and conversion rate optimization in a startup or lean team environment. Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and B2B buyer psychology. Hands-on experience with free SEO and marketing tools . Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results. Why Join Us?
