Job Summary: Option Matrix is looking for a skilled and creative LinkedIn Marketing Manager to manage our companys presence and growth on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing with a strong understanding of content strategy, engagement, and campaign management. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to grow followers and engagement. Manage and optimize the Option Matrix LinkedIn page. Create and publish high-quality posts, articles, and videos regularly. Coordinate with HR and leadership teams for employer branding and recruitment content. Run and manage paid LinkedIn ad campaigns for lead generation and branding. Track analytics, generate monthly reports, and optimize performance. Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and best practices. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn marketing or social media management. Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
