Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect and engage leads.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Target-Driven: Strong motivation to meet and exceed lead generation goals, with a focus on client conversion.
  • Lead Nurturing: Proven experience in nurturing leads through personalized, strategic outreach.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools to manage and track leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of LinkedIn’s platform and best practices for marketing and outreach.
  • Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
  • Self-Starter: Driven, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Drive targeted lead generation strategies on LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect, segment, and engage with high-quality leads.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Design and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospects through personalized messages, InMail, and LinkedIn posts to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Content Development: Create compelling and relevant content to attract and engage your target audience.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a steady pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of LinkedIn campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.
  • CRM Updates: Manage lead data and update CRM systems to track interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Client Conversion: Focus on converting prospects into clients by delivering tailored value propositions and solutions.
