Job Title: International Customer Support Executive – Hotel & Restaurant (US Market) Experience: 1 to 2 Years Salary: Based on Last Package Location: Noida Extension Job Type: Full Time Company Name: Eladeca Private Limited Shift: US Shift (Night Shift preferred) Department: Customer Support About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and empathetic International Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our US-based customers seeking assistance with hotel and restaurant booking cancellations . Your role will be to ensure a seamless experience by handling inquiries, processing cancellations, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from US customers regarding booking cancellations. Guide customers through the cancellation process, clearly explaining policies, terms, and applicable charges. Coordinate with hotels and restaurant partners to confirm and process cancellations. Handle refund requests, escalations, and conflict resolution in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and US consumer service regulations. Meet individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT, etc.). Provide feedback on recurring issues and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in international customer support, preferably for US clientele. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work night shifts or US time zone. Familiarity with CRM tools and booking platforms is a plus. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or food-tech industry. Knowledge of hotel/restaurant booking systems and cancellation policies. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
