Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers
Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Accurately document customer interactions and call details in the system
Meet key performance indicators including call quality, resolution time, and CSAT
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution
Experience: 0.6 to 10 years in International BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
