Role Overview:

As our LinkedIn Sales Developer, you’ll be responsible for using LinkedIn and other digital platforms to generate high-quality B2B leads, connect with decision-makers, and build DigiCByte’s corporate and academic partnership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and connect with target clients (colleges, corporates)
• Send personalized messages, manage LinkedIn inbox, and nurture leads
• Book discovery meetings and demos for sales team
• Maintain and update lead lists and CRM records
• Track and report key outreach metrics (connections, responses, conversions)
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and content with outreach
• Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices and new features

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years’ experience in LinkedIn-based B2B sales or lead generation
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold messaging
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Persistent, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Experience in EdTech/IT/SaaS sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
