Role Overview:

As Ads Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook/Meta, and LinkedIn. Your goal will be to maximize high-quality lead generation and ensure a positive return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Google, Meta/Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Create ad copy, select audience targeting, and optimize creatives
• Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust budgets and bids for best results
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Work with content and design teams to create compelling ads and landing pages
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership
• Stay updated with latest trends and platform updates

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years’ hands-on experience managing digital ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
• Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals
• Good written communication and basic design sense
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
