Role Overview:

As an Admissions Counselor, you’ll guide prospective students through our range of courses and help them find the right fit for their career goals. You’ll manage inbound leads, respond to inquiries, and use your counseling skills to convert interest into paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and web leads
• Counsel prospective students on course selection, eligibility, and career outcomes
• Guide candidates through the admission and enrollment process
• Maintain records in CRM; follow up regularly with potential students
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
• Organize and participate in webinars, open houses, and info sessions
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to address student needs

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years’ experience in admissions counseling, student support, or inside sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written)
• Empathetic, persuasive, and well-organized
• Goal-oriented and motivated by targets
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
