Role Description

graduate trainees

As a graduate trainee, you will:

• Work closely with our technical and project teams to support daily business operations
• Use

  MS Word

  and

  MS Excel

  for documentation, data entry, preparing reports, and basic business analytics
• Assist in running simple database queries, managing records, and basic troubleshooting using

  SQL

• Support team members with code reviews, debugging, or enhancements using

  Core Java

• Update and edit web content using

  HTML

• Participate in live projects, team meetings, and training sessions to gain real-world exposure
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, complete them on time, and seek help when needed
• Learn new technologies and IT tools under the guidance of mentors

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, format, and manage business documents in MS Word
• Collect, analyze, and present data in MS Excel (including using formulas and charts)
• Write and execute basic SQL queries for data extraction and simple data management tasks
• Assist in basic coding (Java), unit testing, or troubleshooting as assigned
• Edit and upload basic HTML content for websites or internal tools
• Coordinate with team members on project deliverables and process improvements
• Follow internal processes for reporting, feedback, and documentation

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, or any relevant discipline)
• Proficient in

  MS Word

  and

  MS Excel

• Basic working knowledge of

  SQL

  (can write simple queries)
• Exposure to

  Core Java

  (college projects or online training acceptable)
• Basic understanding of

  HTML

  and web concepts
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong attention to detail
• Immediate joiners preferred
