Role Overview:

As Social Media Handler, you’ll manage DigiCByte’s presence on all key social platforms. You’ll develop and execute content calendars, drive engagement, and track metrics to grow our audience and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and post daily content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
• Track performance metrics (followers, reach, engagement rate)
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creative assets
• Stay ahead of social trends and recommend new content formats
• Organize contests, campaigns, and influencer collaborations
• Prepare monthly social media reports

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in social media management
• Creative thinker, digital-savvy, strong communicator
• Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop and basic video editing
• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
