LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator

Primary Responsibilities:

• Paid & Sales Strategy: Manage end-to-end LinkedIn Ad campaigns and leverage Sales Navigator to build lead lists and directly support sales team objectives.
• Organic Growth & Content: Develop and execute the organic content strategy, manage the company page, create compelling posts, and grow our audience and engagement.
• Performance & Optimization: Analyze and report on all LinkedIn KPIs, continuously optimizing campaigns and content for maximum performance.
• Content Syndication: Repurpose top-performing LinkedIn content for Qualitest’s other social media channels to ensure brand consistency.

Core Requirements:

• Mandatory Portfolio: Applicants must provide a portfolio or CV with proven metrics demonstrating B2B LinkedIn account growth (followers, engagement) and successful outcomes from both LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator.
• Platform Expertise: Expert-level, hands-on proficiency in LinkedIn Ads Manager and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.
• Proven B2B Growth: A verifiable track record of increasing followers, engagement, and generating qualified leads for a B2B company.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data and KPIs to drive strategy and optimize for ROI.
• Remote Work Ethic: Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
• Specialist Focus: This is not a generalist social media role.
