We’re looking for a Startup Content & LinkedIn Growth Intern to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing venture studio to help design, write, and manage a powerful LinkedIn content pipeline that builds visibility and attracts clients for our production and growth marketing services.

This is an unpaid, remote internship ideal for students, recent graduates, or aspiring marketers who want to learn how top founders and creators use content to build their personal brands, attract opportunities, and grow businesses.

What You’ll Do

✍️ Content Creatio

n • Draft and edit engaging LinkedIn posts based on Founder insights, updates, or voice notes

. • Capture and structure ideas into crisp, high-performing narratives

. • Research startup trends, funding news, and growth stories to inspire relevant content

. • Repurpose long-form content into short, shareable posts

📅 Content Pipeline Managemen

t • Maintain a weekly content calendar (ideation → draft → review → schedule)

. • Track engagement metrics to identify what performs best

. • Create systemized processes to keep the Founder’s content flow consistent

🧠 Founder Support (Virtual Assistant Function

) • Support the Founder in researching topics, drafting snippets, and curating insights

. • Summarize and structure internal ideas or project learnings into content pieces

. • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and storytelling goals

Who You Ar

e • You have excellent English writing and editing skills

. • You understand what makes a LinkedIn post go viral — strong hooks, storytelling, and emotional resonance
