Implementation of Bank's strategy to achieve desired business objectives
Retail Business - New Product launches: Equip sales teams with tools to drive business from New Products which includes Product marketing, Training Plan, Ground activation, Channel discussions, WMS Setup etc
Track and analyze business performance from Newly launched products. Objective: 25% Product mix from new product in 30 days of Launch
Channel Marketing
Lead generation through Ground activation - Customer connect, Worksites etc
Orchestrate workshops, seminars, or product demonstrations at customers worksites to engage directly with potential leads.
Data Analytics & Key Initiatives Drive
Data Analytics to identify potential sellers, Opportunity areas across Business Units
Drive Life Insurance product key enablers like Proactive SP, Smart SP, fasttrack etc.
Direct Seller Communication through campaigns, Qualifiers Highlight mailers, Personalized communication through Macros, Dashboards etc
Sales Training
Training calendar implementation for Product & Process Training Initiatives : 90% coverage in M+1
Track Effectiveness of Training program with effort to efficiency Ratio. 25% activation from YTD Inactive bucket
Keep Improvising Training Content & Training methodology for effective delivery by Partner
Download & Drive Central key initiatives with the help of insurer's training team.
Sales Support
Provide support to RSM/Channel Teams and timely resolution provided on queries/issues faced
Seeking feedback on initiatives / process for further improvisation
