Role:

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers for promoting and selling life insurance policies
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales reports
Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
Minimum 6 months of sales experience (telecalling or direct sales)
Strong communication skills in English
Fluency in
Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada
is preferred
Good interpersonal skills and a sales-driven attitude
