Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver management consulting projects for global clients as part of small to medium-sized teams.

Contribute to
strategy development, implementation, process design, and change management
for specific project modules.

Support the global sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the practice.

Provide
industry expertise
in various sub-segments of the
Life Sciences (LS) industry
.

Develop
assets, methodologies, thought leadership content, and research materials
for internal and external use.

Support the design and execution of
strategies and operating models
for specific business units, including assessing competitive responses and implementation readiness.

Lead or co-lead
proposals and business development efforts
, coordinating with cross-functional teams to create consensus-driven deliverables.

Develop and execute
transformational change plans
aligned with client business strategies, ensuring stakeholder engagement and commitment.

Continuously
enhance industry knowledge
and acquire skills that can be leveraged across various industry groups.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong understanding of the

Life Sciences (LS) industry

, including key trends and challenges. Experience in

strategy consulting, business transformation, and process optimization

. Ability to analyze

business operations, competitive landscapes, and organizational structures

. Excellent

problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience in

business development, proposals, and client engagement

is a plus.
